Account details (name, email), age and identity verification data, transaction and payout records, device and usage data, and support correspondence. Card numbers are handled by our PCI-compliant payment provider; we store only a masked reference (last four digits).
How we use it
To operate the Service, process payments and payouts, verify identity and age, prevent fraud and money laundering, comply with legal obligations, and provide support.
Sharing
We share data with payment and KYC providers, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact support@spinstake.to to exercise these rights.
Retention & security
We retain records for as long as required for legal, tax and compliance purposes (including a minimum of two years of transaction proof), and use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
