1. Who we are
SpinStake ("the Service") is operated by Jebet Gaming LLC ("we", "us", the Merchant of Record). By accessing spinstake.to or creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Official Rules.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to participate under the laws of your jurisdiction. The Service is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live. We may verify your identity and age at any time, and may withhold entries or payouts until verification is complete.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. One account per person. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, show signs of fraud, or are used for money laundering.
4. Coins, entries and prizes
Coins are a virtual entry mechanism with no independent cash value except as expressly provided in the Official Rules. Purchasing coins is not gambling; no purchase is necessary to enter (see the Official Rules for the free method of entry).
Prizes are awarded as described in each game's rules. Eligible winnings may be paid out to a verified payment card, subject to identity verification, applicable fees and these Terms.
5. Payments
Card payments are processed by our payment provider. The name "SPINSTAKE.TO" (or Jebet Gaming LLC) will appear on your card statement. All amounts are shown in US dollars inclusive of applicable fees before you confirm a purchase.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer is never waived.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to cheat, use bots or automation, exploit bugs, collude, launder funds, or interfere with the Service. We may void entries or winnings obtained in violation of these Terms.
7. Responsible play
We want play to stay fun. If gaming stops being fun, please review our Responsible Gaming resources, where you can set limits or self-exclude.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jebet Gaming LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim.
